Progress part 3

Here's another progress report just updating you on the latest installments in A Rappers Ambition. On monday we filmed some more intruiging shots, however there were not shots of our male protagonist but there were shots of the protagonists enemy (Lanzel). Firstly we shots some scenes of the enemy answering a call from the protagonist who failed to get some money which results in some serious consequences. We took roughly about 5-10 shots of that scene (my hand was cold, it was freezing that day). We shot these scenes in a car however to get the angle right we had to shoot from an awkward angle but it's all good because the shots came out perfect with the brilliant acting and emotion shown on screen.

Anyway after we got that scene perfectly done we then went around the corner to cranleigh park where we had the enemy running for the chasing scene and me and Amit and Hamsa took some handheld camera work going along with the enemy as he ran outside the gates. In these shots we got some good mise en scene with the estates being caught in the background and we varied the shots with on eof the shots being a pan sideways and the other shot being a still frame shots catching a glimpse of the enemy.

Well progress is going good so far so more brilliant shots will be on their way shortly.
